I’m Olivia Barry, a licensed physical therapist (CA), certified yoga therapist (IAYT), and yoga teacher trainer with over 20 years of experience blending the art of yoga with the science of physical therapy. I offer livestream and on-demand movement classes, in-person yoga in Sebastopol, private physical therapy sessions, and rejuvenating retreats. My holistic approach supports adults in moving with greater strength, balance, and ease—on and off the mat.
